DCCEEW Yurmikmik Upgrades

Upgrades to the existing facilities located at the Boulder and Motorcar Carpark sites for Visitors of Kakadu National Park in the Northern Territory. The upgrades to two of the carparks for the Yurmikmik walks within
Kakadu National Park, these being:

Boulder Carpark Site

• Design and Construction of new ablution building with compostable toilet systems

• Two footbridges for creek crossing (design and construct with suitability for pedestrians and ATV)

• Removal and relocation of existing signs and road furniture

• Pavement upgrades to the gravel carpark

Motorcar Carpark Site

• Removal and relocation of existing signs and road furniture

• Pavement upgrades to the gravel carpark

• Installation of new culverts

• Intersection upgrades from Gimbat Rd to entrance of carpark
