Bulk Earthworks for Stages 2I1 and 2I2 including implementation and maintaining all erosion and sediment control (ESCP) measures for Stages 2I1, 2I2 and 2K (remaining balance of land). The works also comprised of the construction of services (water, sewer, drainage, electrical, NBN, lighting) and roadworks only for Stage 2l1 per drawings. Landscaping of pedestrian link between Stage 2I1 and Zuccoli Aspire including topsoil, grassing, landscaping retaining walls and associated infrastructure as per Clouston's Park Link Design Drawings. ESCP for the balance of the land remaining for future development.
