·    Water Reticulation and Connections (651 lin. Meters) 
·    Sewer Reticulation and Connections (544 lin. Meters) 
·    Electrical Reticulation and Connections 
·    Telecommunications (733 lin. Meters) 
·    Erosion and Sediment Control 
·    Road Construction (approx. 3,677m2 of seal) 
·    Landscaping (approx.18,500 m2)
